韩国客户稽核某公司的文件内容，这几点内容曾经作为其内部某高管对团队持续改善进步的自我评价表。
设计瑕疵，一定要就失效模式，进行检讨并预防杜绝，避免问题再发才是进步。
2年后来看，高管已经不再问题仍然存在，没有改观。
