异音静噪测试

 Acoustic & Electrical Noise Measurements

Test Equipment

1. Anechoic Chamber (very low ambient noise environment)
2. Microphone M31, CLIO,
3. DVD Player, USB , Laptop，HDMI Cable

Test Condition    

1. Test in Anechoic Chamber
2. Measurement frequency range: Linear 20Hz~20kHz
3. Power source at 110V (AC input)
4. The distance Microphone @10cm from surface of TV (In some cases, the highest noise will be from the speakers, but in other cases it will be from the various PCBAs in the TV.)

   

Test Procedure   

1. Abnormal Sound from the product and accessory
2. Put TV in Acoustic Chamber (a very low ambient noise environment)
3. Input special audio single files by SONY DVD player connected to TV via HDMI (some manufactory test without sound input only video input)
4. Microphone @10cm from surface of TV ,Measured the SPL data by CLIO or AP2727 or equivalent equipment. ( some manufactory test @100cm from front , back and side)
5. While the TV noise level is not stable ,Use Microphone to recording the worst case and analysis by FFT .
