一次不小心导致的后果

This week I made a big mistake in BOM.

when I translated FQ BOM into XM BOM ,I mixed an switch into M class from SMT class .Factory producted two thousand pcs bad goods which had none switch on june 25 .

So I and Eric had to  spend two weekends to slave it .otherwise we will delay two units goods's send out time.then lots of charge note come .@-@

thanks SMT workmates ,they helped we to try every method to place the switch matterie on the goods.unluckly we fail .

by the end .we have to wirte notes to get every kinds of matteries to reproducte it .

lost about three thousand  money in this issue.

work careful .more careful less lose .

一个以为也许侥幸通过了，没事

出了问题一定从自身找起原因

虚心改善，杜绝问题二次重现

不是自己的问题，大胆提出来

论据充足，资料有力，一抢毙命打死它在靶子上
