是否有组织包容性,过去的经历可以是直接的团队带领经历也可以是在以往参与的合作团队

Describe a time when you identified a problem and needed to influence without authority? Who was your audience and what was achieved?

在没有组织授权的情况下去解决问题,需要发挥个人的专业能力,谈判技能,组织和协调能力,并且影响他人得到支持理解。受影响的第三方越难获取帮助越是体现出影响力。

How have you guided, mentored, or inspired peers on your team?

考察面试者是否有带领培养人的能力,做为guider, mentor, 和inspirer 是不一样的角色。

What have you done to stay connected to your organizations' Diversity and Inclusion efforts?

讲解之前对于团队建设的经历,最好是与组织倡导的文化一直的贡献。

Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a peer. How did you handle it?

冲突解决的办法,冲突在不同的角色有不同的解决方式,没有哪个方法是对错,回答的时候要考虑是否合适。

Tell me something new and exciting in your profession that excites you.

说一个最新的消息,看看什么时候最激动,还是在考量面试的人对过去的认知和为未来工作的准备。

When you were new to a team, what steps did you take to establish yourself as credible and trustworthy?

融入新团队的能力,领导力和影响力的体现。

What do you find most exciting and energizing about your current/most recent position? What doesn’t give you energy in your work?

踩坑题,面试者回答的满意和不满意的内容往往不是出于真实答案。

What is the most stressful work situation you have handled and what was the outcome? Or tell me about something you struggled with in your career.

Walk me through a project that you have managed. How did you deliver results and keep others on task?

讲述过去的某个管理案例,考察面试者时候真的亲身经历并体现出对于该工作的适应性,面试官页通过这个案例考量面试者对于问题解决的心态问题。

Describe a time when your team or company was undergoing changes you had no control over. How did the changes impact you and how did you respond to them?

乌卡时代一切都在变化,雪崩的时候没有一片雪花是无辜的。面临无法控制的外部变化,面试者是怎么去理解处理这些变化。

Tell me about a time when you received constructive feedback? What was the feedback and how did you react?

收到建设性意见的反馈,考虑面试者对于别人意见的反应,是否一个很好合作的人。

Tell me about a time when you participated in developing your organizational business strategy. What was your role? How did you approach it?

面试者之前未来实现组织的业务战略目标担任什么样的角色,实现过程是怎么样,这些会被面试官考虑未来可能会迁移到下一份工作角色中。

Walk me through a time when you had to performance manage someone on your team? What was the outcome?

之前给其他人做绩效评估是否公平公正,面对绩效差的员工怎么合适得处理。

面试者心中的偶像往往是未来工作的模范榜样。

What are three words your team would use to describe you?

1) 乐观,无论什么事情都积极正面得去面对;

2) 专注,集中精力做正确的事情;

3) 善沟通。
